We are seeking an experienced Husky Operator/Injection Molding Technician to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a dependable industrial or manufacturing team member seeking competitive compensation, stability, and long-term career growth.

About the Role:

The Injection Molding Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process within the retail trade industry by operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all molded products meet precise specifications and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth production flow. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the timely delivery of products that meet customer expectations and support the company’s operational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
