What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor molding machines safely and efficiently
- Trim, weigh, and inspect molded parts for quality
- Follow all company compliance and safety procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a steady production pace
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
