Job Title: Machine Operator (Injection Molding)
Location: Florence, KY 41042
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $27.00/hr (W2)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM (EST)
 
Role Summary
The Machine Operator will support safe, efficient, and reliable production by operating and maintaining Injection Mold Machines (IMM). This role ensures equipment runs according to operational standards while supporting continuous improvement and timely delivery of products.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Injection Mold Machines per standard operating procedures
  • Perform routine equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance
  • Monitor machine performance and report issues or deviations
  • Maintain equipment to meet production and safety standards
  • Participate in pre-shift and toolbox meetings
  • Support troubleshooting and failure investigations as needed
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Follow manufacturing system principles to drive efficiency and quality
