We are a boutique agency based in LA and an office in New York.
Primary responsibilities:
· Communicate with clients, confirm jobs, send and receive deal memos, receipts and overall job expenses
· Meet agency objectives and monthly income targets
· Present models to new and existing clients
· Scout new talent (in person or through social media)
· Responsible for building new client relationships
Secondary responsibilities:
· Responsible for building new agency relationships worldwide for model placement
· Responsible for building new client relationships worldwide for model placement
· Manage and develop new talent
Qualifications
Strong negotiation skills and experience in talent management
Proficient in social media management and marketing strategies
