Job description

Car Wash in Naples looking for an Assistant Manager . Hired candidates will be trained with online tutorials and must be be proficient in Microsoft Office.   Car wash experience a plus!    Great pay, and commission.

Ensure customer satisfaction,  resolve customer complaints and concerns.  

Maintenance , Manage inventory, towels.  Train employees, and manage employees schedule and time management.  Complete administrative task on a timely manner.  Maintain safe environment and work experience and willing and able to work all positions when needed.  

Assistant Manager Compensation - Weekly Salary $800- $900.00 + commission.
Must work weekends and most holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Manager-On-Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Car Wash General Manager;

  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.

  • Follow Car Wash’s operational guidelines, including those of money handling and security, to ensure the safety of all associates during each shift.

  • Perform all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined on the job descriptions for all the Car Wash employees.
