Were looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our team. No wireless experience? No problem we train you from day one.


What Youll Be Doing:

As a Mobile Sales Associate, youll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday betterfor us and for our customers.


Youll:

  • Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
  • Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
  • Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
  • Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)
  • Answer store phone calls and customer questions
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Participate in local marketing and special events
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
  • Use sales systems and follow company policies
  • Collaborate with teammates and managers
  • Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed


What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • A positive, professional, can-do attitude
  • The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized
  • Previous experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)


What Youll Need:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
  • Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingers
  • Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (including overhead reaching and typing)


Compensation

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour DOE. The base pay does not factor in an aggressive commission program when goals and objectives are met. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
