This leadership role ensures timely, effective, and person-centered responses to behavioral health crises while maintaining high standards of clinical care, program quality, and operational excellence.The incumbent will provide oversight and support to crisis services staff, monitor program performance, and work collaboratively with community providers, healthcare organizations, first responders, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated emergency behavioral health services to consumers.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties satisfactorily; the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
