Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations, support our field teams, and maintain strong client relationships. This role is responsible for staffing, scheduling, employee supervision, client communication, quality assurance, and ensuring our sites operate at the highest level.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for multiple client accounts
  • Supervise Security Officers and Site Supervisors
  • Maintain strong client relationships and respond to service requests
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and payroll
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure policy compliance
  • Develop and maintain post orders
  • Participate in an on-call management rotation
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of security management or operations experience
  • Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain or maintain an Arizona DPS Guard License

Preferred: Mobile patrol, military, or law enforcement experience.
