Here's what you'll do:

  • Store Managers: The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for delivering excellence in service, profitability, and people management in their store. This person will take the lead in implementing all company initiatives for the store and hold the team accountable for successful outcomes. Works directly with Director of Mobile Services to maintain synergy between Shop and Mobile operations, including referrals between the two.
    • Simply put, this person is focused on:
      • Excellent Customer Experiences
      • Leading and managing store team and operation
      • Optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assistant Managers: The Assistant Manager is ultimately responsible for assisting the Store Manager in delivering excellence in service, profitability, and people management in their store. This person will support the Store Manager in implementing all company initiatives for the store and help hold the team accountable for successful outcomes. Works under the Store Manager with Director of Mobile Services to maintain synergy between Shop and Mobile operations, including referrals between the two. Acts as the Store Manager when that person is absent.
