Job Summary:
Apolis is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Systems Engineer to support and enhance their enterprise infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, and collaborating with various teams to optimize performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support to users in field locations and retail/store environments via phone and remote support tools.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions.
• Support enterprise systems with a focus on availability, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Participate in infrastructure design reviews, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Program Management teams to support business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions.
• Support and maintain server, desktop, mobile, and cloud-based technologies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with capacity planning, system monitoring, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and infrastructure best practices.
