Job Title:
Cloud Infrastructure Automations Engineer
Location:

What you'll do:
As an IT Engineer II you'll work on teams that are managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, data, or applications. You'll will support senior engineers in the development and support activities as well as project tasks as directed. Additionally, in this role you'll have the opportunity to contribute on teams in a collaborative environment.
This position will be responsible for collaboration with various teams to assist in the automation of day-to-day tasks. Working collaboratively to develop scalable solutions that adhere to data compliance and network security standards.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software and hardware.

  • Implement and configure new technologies to improve IT operations.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.

  • Experience in enterprise networks and enterprise technologies.

  • Experience in development languages, i.e. Python and PowerShell.

  • Working knowledge of ITIL practices, including incident, change, and problem management.

  • Experience with Data & Network Security tools, i.e. Varonis, Rapid7/Nexpose, DataDog and Elastic.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure.

  • Experience with Network File Shares and NTFS permissions.

What you'll need:
  • 1+ years of related experience in IT Operations Support, Application Development, IT Automation or similar fields.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.

  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

  • Entry level to intermediate organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners with proficiency in ADO.

  • Intermediate experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and working on projects.

  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
