Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Porsche Certified Technician (Silver Level or higher) to join our service department. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and factory procedures while collaborating with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure every vehicle performs at its best.

This role is ideal for an experienced technician who is passionate about Porsche engineering and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Porsche vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
  • Utilize Porsche diagnostic equipment and service information systems to accurately identify issues.
  •  Complete warranty and repair orders with detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Perform multi-point inspections and communicate findings with service advisors.
  • Ensure all work meets Porsche quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Stay current with Porsche technical training and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and high-performing service department.

Qualifications:

  • Porsche Technician Certification – Silver Level or higher required.
  • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing luxury or high-performance vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Porsche diagnostic equipment and service procedures preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
