Location: Casa Grande AZ (Onsite)
Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the design and engineering of vehicle exterior trim components from concept through launch. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, functional, and cost-effective exterior systems. You will utilize advanced engineering tools and methodologies to drive innovation and achieve design perfection in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • Lead the engineering design and release of exterior trim parts.
  • Develop innovative exterior systems focusing on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with studio and vehicle engineering teams.
  • Utilize and develop advanced engineering tools.
  • Support the launch of new vehicle exterior components.
  • Proven experience in vehicle exterior trim design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Experience with plastic materials and manufacturing.

Domain experience in automotive exterior systems design and development is required, with a focus on plastic components and Class A surfaces.
