What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Higher issue reproduction rates and reduced time-to-root-cause for priority software issues.
  • Signal-monitoring dashboards proactively surfacing recurring failure patterns.
  • Evidence-backed fix validation with fewer escaped and regressed defects.
  • Validation findings supporting release-quality decisions.
  • Engineering-ready investigation packages adopted for gate reviews.

  • Hands-on experience with product validation, regression testing, release acceptance testing, and software validation.
  • Hands-on experience collecting and analyzing vehicle logs, cloud telemetry, PCAP, CAN data, DTCs, DIDs, and diagnostic information.
  • Understanding of vehicle networks, ECU communication, CAN/Ethernet signal behavior, diagnostics, and software release validation.
  • Experience with test benches, HIL-style environments, or vehicle simulation environments.
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, CAN DBC/signal databases, Grafana, InfluxDB, or Prometheus.

Collaboration & Execution Qualifications

  • Strong collaboration with Software Development, Validation, Diagnostics, Cloud, Automation, and Quality teams.
