PROLIM is currently seeking an
Engineer Guidance Navigation Control for one of our top clients - Northrop Grumman Corporation, located in Chandler, Arizona.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced aerospace programs involving aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and launch vehicles. As a GNC Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of guidance, navigation, and control systems that support mission-critical aerospace applications.

- Pay Rate: $80 - $95/hr on W2
- Schedule: 40 Hours/Week (9/80 Schedule - Every Other Friday Off)
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance Required
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation toolchains.
- Develop and maintain 6 Degree of Freedom (6DOF) simulations for flight software testing and validation.
- Support the design and testing of flight control software.
- Optimize flight software and simulation performance.
- Utilize trajectory optimization tools and software.
- Analyze guidance, navigation, and control system performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure mission success.
- Support integration, verification, and validation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 2+ years of professional experience; OR Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Active U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with:
- C++

- Linux Environment
- MATLAB
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of:

- Flight Dynamics and Simulation
- Experience using Jira in Agile development environments.
