Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Mobile Device Specialist to support and manage the organization's mobile technology environment. This role will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Apple devices, mobile applications, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise mobile environments, strong customer service skills, and hands-on expertise with Apple iOS devices and Workspace ONE (AirWatch).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote support for mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and other enterprise-managed devices.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple hardware and iOS operating systems.
  • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including Workspace ONE (AirWatch), to enroll, secure, monitor, and manage mobile endpoints.
  • Perform device provisioning, enrollment, software deployments, OS upgrades, and device replacements.
  • Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 mobile applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Troubleshoot device connectivity, mobile applications, authentication issues, and synchronization problems.
  • Manage the full mobile device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, refreshes, returns, and asset tracking.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to mobile device processes, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Respond to support requests and resolve incidents while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure compliance with mobile device policies and standards.
  • Educate end users on mobile device usage, security best practices, and supported mobile applications.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and deploying Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads.
  • 2+ years of experience administering or supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting mobile operating systems, applications, device configurations, and hardware issues.
  • Strong understanding of mobile device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and security practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting macOS devices and Apple ecosystem technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with enterprise mobility management, endpoint management, and device compliance policies.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale mobile device deployments and refresh initiatives.
  • Experience working in a corporate IT support environment.

Pay and Benefits
