Job description

As a Digital Product Owner supporting the Connected Products Roadmap, you will be responsible for
supporting enhancements to multiple mobile applications and the associated connectivity features. Ideal
candidates will have experience working in an agile framework to build customer-facing mobile apps. You
should be comfortable managing work across multiple internal teams and external suppliers. You will act as
an expert on the functional and design details of the mobile app product areas to which you are aligned,
while supporting the customer needs, engineering, and design teams daily.
Job Description:
• Adapt the product vision and use cases to detailed epics and user stories
• Lead requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed consulting with product management,
user experience designers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and execute review sessions with key stakeholders
• Work with UX and design teams on mock-ups, user experience, and final designs and regular design
reviews
• Create detailed epics and user stories for design, development, and reporting requirements
• Document full user story acceptance criteria
• Identify and manage dependencies
• Lead core Agile meetings with one or more teams (Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily
Standups, etc.)
• Identify success metrics, build development and reporting requirements, and own regular reporting
and communication on performance
• Manage release plans for new features and enhancements
• Create internal and external release notes
• Create detailed test cases and execute testing for UAT
• Interface with outside suppliers for: story reviews, design reviews, scrum meetings, etc.
Job Description
Knowledge:
• Experience with Mobile App Development (iOS and Android) and Cloud Services
• Experience with Mobile App Development involving hardware connected via Bluetooth a plus.
• Experience promoting a shared vision, assembling, and motivating a team to achieve the goal
• 2-3 years' experience working with JIRA
• Experience with tools to mockup user facing UX and workflows
• Experience in understanding SDLC methodologies with an emphasis on Agile
• Experience as an active leader and contributor to Agile meetings with multiple teams (Sprint Planning,
Daily Stand-up, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to business and technical resources
• Demonstrated ability to dig into user experience problems and be the "squeaky wheel" who can
challenge the team to resolve issues in a timely manner Must be a self-starter, proactively communicate
regularly, and take ownership of the apps they manage
Requirements:
• PO should be available for meetings between 9AM - 4PM Central time zone
• PO should be available to travel to the Product Development (Milwaukee) Center every 6 - 8 weeks to
develop "hands on" expertise with Connected Products.
• Hybrid in Milwaukee area desire
