Role SummaryWe are seeking a talented Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin and Android application development as the primary skill, along with working knowledge of Swift and iOS development as a secondary skill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications while supporting cross-platform mobile initiatives.
Day to Day job Duties- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
- Build clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions following Android best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
- Develop responsive and intuitive mobile user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability.
- Implement unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for Android applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release planning.
- 8+ years’ experience in Kotlin and/or Android application development
- 8+ years’ experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and/or Jetpack components
- 8+ years’ experience in REST API integration and/or JSON handling
- 8+ years’ experience with local storage solutions such as Room, SQLite, or SharedPreferences
- Working knowledge of Swift and iOS development
- Familiarity with UIKit and/or SwiftUI
- Understanding of iOS application lifecycle and development fundamentals
