Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Developer L3 to join our team at Wipro Technologies-USA, specifically within the Wipro Engineering unit focusing on Connectivity. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of a critical telecommunications operations platform that supports essential network services. You will work with a well-established, mature codebase using advanced technologies including PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and TypeScript, ensuring robust performance and operational stability.
This position requires not only technical proficiency but also a deep understanding of telecommunications domain knowledge to translate complex operational requirements into effective software solutions. The successful candidate will take pride in collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product owners, quality assurance specialists, and telecommunications experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain new and existing features of an enterprise-grade telecommunications operations platform.
  • Collaborate on architectural planning, technical debt reduction, and application modernization initiatives.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to application performance, data workflows, and production environments.
  • Leverage GitLab workflows for source control management, including code reviews and release management.
  • Ensure backward compatibility and operational resilience while evolving the software.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
