Our challenge

We're seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team and can contribute to our mobile application strategy and develop hybrid apps using a mix of native code (Swift, Java, Kotlin) and React Native (TypeScript).

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Calgary, AB is CAD $90k - CAD $95k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop solutions from development to production.
  • Analyze design requirements and work with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality source code, provide code review feedback, and help shape team coding principles.
  • Mentor and guide other team members, leading by example.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience building, maintaining, and releasing hybrid mobile applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in iOS app development using Swift and Objective-C.
  • Android app development experience in Java and Kotlin.
  • Proven experience working with React Native in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS release processes.
  • Preferably Java experience.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Apollo.
  • Motivated self-starter, organized, and a strong team player.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
