About the Role:

The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) plays a crucial role in the healthcare team at Wagoner Community Hospital by performing laboratory tests that are essential for diagnosing and treating patients. This position involves analyzing biological samples, interpreting results, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test outcomes. The MLT/MT will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate information that directly impacts patient care.
