No manufacturing experience required!
$3000 Welcome Bonus - Night Shift
Shifts Available:
  • 6pm - 6am (Night)

Schedule:
  • 4 days on, 4 days off (4x4 shift structure, 12-hour shift)

Pay:
  • $20.50-$27.22/hour base pay (depending on experience).
  • +$2/hr. night shift differential

Job Description:
This position directly supports the material mixing and tool coating functions by staging mixed material hoppers on production floor, disposing of scrap material, and preparing PEX Tools for extrusion.
Responsibilities:
  • Operates Mixer at a high efficiency level
  • Operates all tool processing equipment
  • Handles raw materials
  • Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas. -5's
  • Monitors all functions of Mixer (A), (B), and while in operation documents all data on Production Log
  • Maintains communications with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group
  • Handles and disposes of scrap material
  • Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in lean initiatives

Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
  • Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
  • Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required.
