Pay:$24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Type:Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Location:Roseville, MN 55108

Shift & Schedule:1st Shift

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week with a daily 30-minute break

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delta Press Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced label and packaging manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating a 13-inch Delta web press used for various converting and printing processes including die cutting, laminating, slitting, and web handling.

The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience operating Delta press equipment and a strong understanding of web-based production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate a 13-inch Delta press machine for label and packaging production
  • Perform die cutting, laminating, slitting, and related web converting functions
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or production issues during machine operation
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications
  • Read and follow production schedules, job tickets, and work instructions
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and material tracking records
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
  • Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Delta press operating experience preferred
  • Experience with die cutting, laminating, slitting, and web press operations required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize production needs
  • Manufacturing experience in labels, printing, packaging, or converting preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
