Marvin is hiring Machine Operators to join our wood processing team, where raw lumber is transformed into high-quality components used in windows and doors across our facilities. In this role, you'll operate a combination of advanced robotics, CNC technology, and established wood-processing equipment to produce precision-crafted wood products. Safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do. 

You’ll succeed if you’re eager to learn, enjoy working with technology and machinery, and take pride in producing quality work. The first six months include an apprentice-style training program designed to build confidence, develop technical skills, and establish a strong foundation in safe operating practices. Plus, receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team! Select the schedule that works best for you 

Monday – Thursday shift options with possible overtime on Friday 

  • Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm 
  • Evenings: 3:30pm - 1:30am 

  • Operate a range of original and advanced wood manufacturing equipment with a strong focus on safety and precision  
  • Use high-performance software and tools to set up accurate and efficient machining processes 
  • Handle the flow of materials by offloading completed parts to designated locations and inputting wood stock for upcoming production 
  • Monitor equipment performance and proactively respond to changes by making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency 

  • Knowledge of programming and machining concepts  
  • Analytical skills to resolve sophisticated scenarios  

  • CNC or machining set-up and operating experience (preferred)
