Position Overview

We are hiring a Mitigation Manager to oversee and lead our water mitigation division. This role is responsible for managing up to 5 mitigation vans and crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, profitably, and at the high standards White Glove is known for.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple moving parts at once, and knows how to motivate teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for up to 5 mitigation crews and vehicles
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to company standards and IICRC guidelines
  • Monitor production, drying progress, documentation, and quality control
  • Train, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
  • Maintain communication with customers, office staff, and management throughout projects
  • Review moisture documentation, equipment usage, and job notes
  • Help improve operational systems, efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
  • Assist with emergency response coordination and large losses when needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration leadership
  • Strong knowledge of water mitigation processes, equipment, and drying principles
  • IICRC WRT certification required (ASD preferred)
  • Experience managing crews, schedules, and multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain a professional attitude under pressure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with restoration software and moisture documentation
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
