Job description

Who We Are:
Kudu Dynamics, a Leidos owned company was forged out of a decade of experience in computer network operations and staffed with talent who have built, overseen, and enhanced capabilities throughout the entire USG arsenal. Our team of hackers and engineers has experience spanning centuries of research, development, and operations across desktop, mobile, IoT, and embedded platforms. Kudu Dynamics is uniquely qualified to anticipate tomorrow's threats and build the next generations of capabilities.

Job Description

The Intersection of Offensive Operations & Product Strategy

We are seeking a Technical Mission Growth Lead to bridge the gap between operational cyber expertise and mission execution. This is not a traditional bizdev role; it's for someone who's lived the mission and understands the technical dos and don'ts for operational transition.

You will serve as our primary interface with the mission, responsible for shaping how capabilities are developed and deployed. You will be a hybrid of a technical operations, mission specialist, tech translator, and product manager - responsible for the full lifecycle: from identifying operational pain points, to prototyping a technical fix, to engagement with mission partners.

  • Mission-Aligned Growth:Drive strategy across offensive cyber and intelligence spaces. Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities that directly impact customer mission success.

  • Technical Prototyping:Build, integrate, and deliver technical demonstrations. You will deploy systems in lab and customer environments to prove capability, not just describe it.

  • Proposal Management:Lead cross functional teams to deliver compelling solicitation responses.

  • Customer Advocacy:Act as a trusted advisor to operators and technical leadership. You will lead mission-focused solutioning sessions in high-trust environments.

  • Strategy & Capture:Partner with leadership to shape requirements, contribute deep technical context to proposals, and navigate acquisition pathways for emerging tech.

What You Bring

  • Operational Credibility:Direct experience in offensive cyber, technical targeting, or intelligence operations. You smell like the right campfires and understand the operational reality at the edge.

  • Builder Mindset:You can write scripts, leverage APIs, and deploy infrastructure to build demos that demonstrate value to the mission.

  • Technical Versatility:Familiarity with modern networking, cyber tooling, and the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Mission Empathy:You know how to talk to mission partners who will benefit from offensive cyber innovation across the title 10 and 50 space because you speak their language.

  • Clear Communicator:Translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise messaging-whether that's in a room with operators, engineers, or senior decision-makers.

  • Acquisition Awareness:Working knowledge of government acquisition and contracting processes, with an understanding of how capability moves from idea to contract to mission impact.

Why This Role is Different

We are not looking for a salesperson. Our experts are building next-generation solutions and you will bring a technical and operational understanding to bridge the gap with mission partners. If you want to spend your day assembling mission-first solutions and working with customers to see solutions through to the end, this is the place.

If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo - because the mission demands it. We're not hiring followers. We're recruiting the ones who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail. Step 10 is ancient history. We're already at step 30 - and moving faster than anyone else dares.

Original Posting:May 7, 2026

For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.

Pay Range:Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
