Requirements
Server Responsibilities:
  • Take guest orders
  • Fulfill guest requests
  • Carry hot and cold plates to guests
  • Lift and carry trays with drinks
  • Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables
  • Process payments
  • Make change
  • Light cleaning
  • Interact professionally with guests
  • Side work
  • Light cleaning
  • Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster
  • Sweep floors
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

  • Keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift
