This isn’t your average Program Manager role. We’re looking for someone who understands how products are built, how customers use them, and how to build strategic partnerships that go beyond timelines and tasks.

You’ll manage key accounts, lead new product introductions (NPIs), and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic customer accounts
  • Understand how our products work and how they’re made
