Job description

Position: Full-Time Marketing Assistant
Freedom Home Care is seeking a dependable, professional, and relationship-focused Marketing Assistant to represent our agency throughout the community. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, veterans, and their families. Military experience or extensive work serving the veteran community is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insight into the respect, communication, and commitment that are central to our mission of serving those who have served our country.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Minimum High School diploma; some college experience is a plus.
• Military service or veteran status is highly valued.
• Experience working with veterans, military families, or veteran organizations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment.
• Confident interacting with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, and community organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation for community visits.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct marketing visits to referral sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and veteran organizations.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Represent Freedom Home Care at community events and veteran-focused programs.
• Educate referral partners about Freedom Home Care services.
• Maintain accurate marketing reports and activity logs.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Development regarding marketing progress.
