What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule in military experience refers to the common practice of employers evaluating whether a candidate's military service or training aligns with the job requirements within a three-month period. This rule helps employers determine if military experience meets the job's competency standards.

Building a strong professional network and leveraging resources specifically designed for veterans can also ease the transition.
