Job description

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Data Analyst role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to meet organizational requirements. This position transforms raw data from multiple sources into interactive visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support informed, data-driven decision-making in alignment with Government Team Lead (GTL) requirements. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions to support organizational objectives.
Transform raw data from various sources into meaningful visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Connect to and consolidate data from disparate sources, including enterprise systems (e.g., Army Vantage), databases (e.g., cProbe), spreadsheets, and cloud services.
Conduct data modeling and transformation, including structuring, cleansing, and refining data to ensure accuracy and usability.
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Create tailored dashboards and reports that convert complex data into actionable insights.
Monitor data source integrity and ensure efficiency and reliability of data transformation processes.
Maintain expertise in Army data platforms and commercial BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
Support ad hoc data analysis requests as required by the GTL. Competencies:

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Minimum Requirements/Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in military operations, military information technology, or military models and simulations.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience working with databases and data querying languages (e.g., SQL). Preferred Skills:
Experience with Army data systems such as Army Vantage.
Familiarity with cProbe or similar data environments.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Security Requirement: Active SECRET Security Clearance.
