Job Summary:
TradeFirst is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support enterprise cloud migration initiatives with a focus on Microsoft Azure. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing migration projects to move applications, infrastructure, and data into a secure cloud environment, requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assess current on-premises and cloud environments to identify migration opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop migration strategies, timelines, and implementation plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead or support the migration of applications, virtual machines, databases, storage, and networking components to Azure.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure architectures that support performance and operational goals.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Perform environment discovery, application portfolio analysis, and readiness assessments.
• Configure and optimize Azure services, including identity, networking, monitoring, backup, and governance tools.
