Job description

Job Description Based in Auburn Hills, MI - 100% remote with minor exception where needed The Safety Campaign Data Project Manager Responsibilities include but not limited to: The Safety Campaign Data Project Manager will handle all aspects of regulatory reporting requirements for both domestic and international requirements, including working closely with the Enterprise Systems team and the ICT teams to ensure full and accurate regulatory reporting data is complete and submitted on time. In addition, this position will gather and measure campaign field data to identify trends enabling targeted outreach activities to maximize campaign completion. This position will also support domestic and international initiatives to maximize safety recall completion rates to finding and motivating owners to have their recalls completed.

These initiatives may be customer or dealer facing and involve internal partners or external vendors. Working closely with the VSRC Systems team, Corporate Quality, MOPAR, and the ITC team, the Data Analyst will identify segments to implement and measure field initiatives. Lastly, the selected candidate will collaborate with US team members from multiple internal organizations including Field Operations, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

Requirements: Temporary Assignment - approx. 6-9 months - anywhere from 10-40 hours per week. Likely that it is 10 hours / week minimum but depending on the candidate's skills and abilities we could likely utilize this person upwards of 24 hours a week most weeks.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other Technical degree from an ABET accredited university. 1-5 years' experience - depending on how solid data analytic skills are. Ability to work closely with a team, attention to detail, creativity, and proactive thinking are important skills.

Proficient in Microsoft excel and other office software. CTC based - 100% remote with minor exception where needed No driving company vehicle is required for this position No travel is required Preferred Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience working on safety recalls, and takata recalls more specifically. Experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, MOPAR, or Manufacturing.
