Position Title: Project Manager

Reports to: Director of Program Management


Character of Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Program Management with tracking jobs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded, to the final delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program timelines
  • Assist Program Managers with daily project tasks
  • Coordinate project kick-offs
  • Initiate, monitor, and communicate project issues both internally and externally
  • Project logistics coordination
  • Project documentation and data control
  • Report project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team
  • Overview analysis of project financial results
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Personal effectiveness/credibility
  • Problem solving skills

  • Clear and consistent communication

Experience

  • 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Aerospace Tooling experience

Education
