Qualified individuals will instruct and support migrant students through our Cesar Chavez Migrant Program.

Through this program, teachers will tutor K-8th grade students in English Language Arts (ELA) with integrated English Language Development (ELD) and/or Math in a small group setting. Instructional sessions will take place via Zoom, during afterschool hours. Fall sessions will begin October 6, 2025 with the possibility to continue into Spring and Summer sessions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain all ethical practices of the Cesar Chavez Foundation by serving the community with integrity, dignity, and a high degree of professionalism.Implement the Cesar Chavez Foundation lesson plans, schedule, and calendars.Ensure all instructional space and materials are organized and conducive to a learning environment.Set healthy goals and behavior practices.Plan, implement, and evaluate all program activities and trends.Track and submit all data and reporting in a timely manner.Additional tasks may be assigned.Education and ExperienceB.A.
