Job description

Position Description:
Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is one of the most successful home mortgage services in the country. We are looking for individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills to join the Customer Support Services team. As a Customer Support Services representative, you would be responsible for updating customer accounts and completing various requests related to name changes, assumptions and document copies.
Some of the many reasons to join our team:

  • Standard working hours scheduled from 8 am -5 pm, Monday- Friday
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $2.00 incentive per hour ($80.00 per week).
  • Relaxed business casual atmosphere

Position Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing related experience.
  • Possess stable work history
  • Experience in preforming detailed and quality focused work
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Adobe

Qualified candidates will also possess the following skills:
  • Possess a work history that reflects strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team to achieve department goals
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment to ensure compliance with various agencies and state laws
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Typing skills- at least 40-50 WPM

Preference will be given to candidates with mortgage servicing experience.
