Duration: 6 months and contract to hire

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Manager with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware architecture and design, as well as experience managing teams of developers and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of middleware developers and engineers.
  • Design and implement middleware solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of middleware applications.
  • Develop and maintain middleware architecture and standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes for middleware applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for middleware deployment, configuration, and management.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their middleware requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage the middleware budget, including vendor contracts, licensing, and maintenance agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards related to middleware systems.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for middleware systems.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in managing and supporting middleware technologies such as Boomi and Oracle SOA in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS environments.
