Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Middleware Manager with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware architecture and design, as well as experience managing teams of developers and engineers.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of middleware developers and engineers.
- Design and implement middleware solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of middleware applications.
- Develop and maintain middleware architecture and standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation and processes for middleware applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware systems.
- Develop and implement best practices and standards for middleware deployment, configuration, and management.
