Position Description

Were excited to add new Sales position to the GrowthSpoke team! This role is responsible for managing all sales leads that come to the company, as well as generating new business opportunities. Building relationships with prospective customers is critical for this role. The ideal candidate has proven sales success, strong selling skills, and the ability to operate independently.


Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales presentations and contract negotiations
  • Develop customized solutions based on client needs
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Partner with leadership to improve sales strategy and processes


Required Skills and Behaviors

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience managing longer or more strategic sales cycles
  • CRM proficiency required


Required Education and Experience

  • 3-6 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Associates Degree in Sales or related field (Preferred)


Physical Requirements
