Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Mid-Level Sales Executive with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas by growing and managing dedicated sales territory. This role focuses on a blend of new business development and account expansion, requiring strong prospecting skills, consultative sales abilities, and a deep understanding of client workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Territory & Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while actively targeting and cultivating new business opportunities within a defined territory.
  • New Business Development: Execute daily prospecting activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and networking events, to build a robust sales pipeline and acquire new accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers by acting as a trusted partner and providing proactive staffing and consulting solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client hiring challenges and business needs, and present customized staffing solutions for temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
  • Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue goals, demonstrating a consistent ability to generate sales and develop accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure clear communication of client needs and the successful execution of placements.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the staffing landscape.
  • Sales Administration: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client data using a CRM system, and provide accurate forecasts to sales management.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the staffing, recruiting, or a related industry.
  • Sales Skills: Strong proficiency in consultative and value-based selling, as well as exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients at various levels.
  • Self-Motivated: A hunter's mindset, high level of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to drive results.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what WinMax may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on WinMax's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00- Compensation Includes: Industry Competitive Salary PLUS Top Commission and Performance Bonus, Medical Benefits.
