Job description

Growing GC based in Jacksonville with work in North and South Florida, North Carolina, and expanding to other states is looking for a Senior level Project Manager oversee all projects and operations. This candidate must have a strong construction background and understanding in all phases. This includes all phases of construction, Project Management and Estimating. The ideal candidate will be an overseer but also be willing and able to insert themselves and problem solve when any part of the business needs their support.

This Sr level role will earn a base salary of 150k-175k plus vehicle, phone, EOY bonus, and opportunities for commissions for bringing in new business.

Successful candidates will have:

- a strong background in construction including project management and estimating experience

- experience with convenience store and other ground up construction projects

- strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

- HS Diploma required. 4 year degree in related course study preferred

- Prefer experience with relevant software; Microsoft office suite, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or like
