Job Description Network Support Technician / Junior Network Engineer Onsite | Great Opportunity for Early Career Networking Professionals - Camp Hill, PA Are you looking to build a long-term career in networking. We're seeking a motivated Network Support Technician / Junior Network Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and develop alongside an experienced Network Engineer before they retire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience-or a recent college or trade school graduate with a strong passion for networking.

What You'll Do Activate network ports and perform cross-connects Configure VLANs and enable ports on Cisco switches Install, rack, power, and configure network equipment Add devices to DHCP, monitoring systems, CMDB, and network documentation Update network maps and drawings to reflect infrastructure changes Troubleshoot network connectivity, WAN circuits, and hardware failures Replace failed network equipment and upgrade firmware/software Test new network code in a lab environment and document change plans Collaborate with teammates to ensure successful project delivery Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance activities What We're Looking For 1-3 years of networking experience (or strong technical foundation with a desire to learn) Passion for pursuing a long-term career in network engineering Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to work after hours when needed for network changes and support Reliable transportation to travel to the work site Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Cisco networking SolarWinds Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) ServiceNow NetBrain Aruba Orchestrator BlueCat Rapid7 Why Apply.
