Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.

Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision, including making sound calls in the field without direct engineering support on hand.

Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Travel of approximately 50% is expected, including extended field deployments.

Ability to work extended hours and irregular shifts during deployments, mission operations, and test events.

Prior military service with a technical or maintenance MOS, such as flight line, avionics, or mission-system maintenance, is preferred.
