Job Description
Pay: To be determined based on experience
Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required.
DISPATCHER RESPONSIBILITIES
β€’ Monitor drivers and delivery routes throughout the day
β€’ Communicate with drivers regarding route progress and operational concerns
β€’ Coordinate rescues and route support when needed
β€’ Complete beginning-of-shift, mid-day, and end-of-day reports
β€’ Assist with vehicle assignments, attendance tracking, and daily dispatch operations
β€’ Escalate safety, performance, and delivery concerns to management
β€’ Maintain accurate and professional communication with drivers and leadership
DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS
β€’ Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
β€’ Familiarity with Amazon DSP delivery operations and route monitoring
β€’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
β€’ Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
β€’ Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
β€’ Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
