We are seeking a highly experienced IT Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade technology solutions. This role will play a key part in modernizing our digital workplace, enabling intelligent automation, and leveraging Microsoft cloud capabilities to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable enterprise architecture solutions focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Exchange Server, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot integrations.
  • Develop architecture blueprints and documentation to guide technical teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on cloud technologies, specifically Azure, and recommend best practices for adoption and governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain scripts and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) to support deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the IT ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT architecture, with a strong focus on:
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises)
  • Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and a strong understanding of infrastructure automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred)
