Overview

  • We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team in the U.S. This role is ideal for a seasoned functional consultant with strong solution architecture capabilities who thrives in post-implementation environments, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and business value realization.
  • The consultant will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM/MFG solutions for enterprise clients. Experience in the life sciences and diagnostics industry is a strong asset, enabling effective alignment of Dynamics 365 capabilities with industry-specific operational needs.

Role Expectations

  • As a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant in an AMS role, you will be expected to:
  • Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise across Dynamics 365 SCM modules in a managed services environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable and supportable solutions
  • Lead solution design and architecture decisions for enhancements, integrations, and optimizations
  • Deliver L2/L3/L4 application support, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and long-term remediation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system performance optimization, and adoption of Dynamics 365 best practices
  • Support change management, regression testing, and release management activities for minor enhancements
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore AMS resources
  • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft standards, security, and compliance requirements
  • Document functional designs, solution architecture, and operational procedures
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to AMS process maturity

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing
  • Proven experience in an Application Managed Services (AMS) or post-go-live support model - 5+ years’ experience
  • Strong functional expertise (5+ years’ experience) in the D365 SCM/MFG modules
  • Hands-on experience in solution architecture and functional design - 5+ years’ experience
  • Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, EDI, financial systems) - 5+years’ experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and production business processes and end-to-end flows - 5 + years’ experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Authorized to work in U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the life sciences and diagnostics industry
  • Exposure to multi-legal entity, multi-country implementations
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-330, MB-700)
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure integrations, or LCS
