Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 annually, DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, In-Person

Job Summary:
TDL Staffing is looking for an experienced Architectural Design Manager to lead the design vision and coordination of commercial and institutional projects in Fairbanks, AK. This leadership role requires a blend of creative design direction and project oversight.

**Applicants from outside Alaska are encouraged to apply — relocation support may be available for qualified candidates considering a move.
**Holding an NCARB certification is the national registry for architects and can facilitate a quick transition to licensure in Alaska.

The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader who mentors design teams, fosters collaboration, and ensures projects meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards. Strong communication, leadership, and construction knowledge are key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design direction and development for building projects
