Our client is a Fortune 500 hospitality company, and leads the industry
They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire a "Architectural Design- Manager". This role will be based out of Dallas, TX, and is 100% Remote
Job Summary
The Architectural Design Manager will oversee architectural design reviews, renovations, and Property Improvement Plan (PIP) projects across multiple hospitality brands. This role will partner with ownership groups, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects align with Brand standards and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Review architectural plans, specifications, and renovation submittals for hospitality projects.
  • Manage Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), site visits, and Brand compliance reviews.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across various development stages.
  • Coordinate with architects, franchisees, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure Brand standards, design quality, and project timelines are maintained.
  • Review FF&E selections, commercial finishes, and hospitality design requirements.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office for design reviews and markups.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of hospitality architecture/design experience preferred.
  • Experience with hotel renovations, conversions, and Brand standards highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and hospitality design processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
