We are seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Developer who will be involved in developing intelligent programs, cognitive applications, and algorithms for data analysis and automation using various AI techniques, including deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, and more. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to create innovative AI-driven solutions and enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models, and programs to solve complex problems.
  • Drive innovative applications of AI tools and techniques across multiple domains.
  • Research and optimize AI technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data analysis and automation.
  • Utilize Microsoft D365 Platform tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, to develop and customize AI solutions.
  • Design, configure, and deploy custom AI conversational agents and enhance the Copilot experience.
  • Integrate D365 with Azure OpenAI, cognitive services, and external knowledge bases for improved responses.
  • Optimize Copilot performance through prompt engineering and AI interaction monitoring.
  • Customize forms, solutions, and sitemap within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Optimize Copilot performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and continuous monitoring of AI interactions.
  • Handle all aspects related to form customization, such as adding Tabs, Sections, Sub-grid, Web Resources, iFrame, Navigation Map Customization, and Ribbons Customization.
  • Manage solutions and sitemap customizations.
  • Utilize C#, JavaScript, and the XRM model for JS, including OData calls through JS.
  • Engage in plug-in development and custom workflow development, including Business Process Flows (BPF).
  • Participate in CRM Portal Development and other custom portal development.
  • Integrate with Azure services through Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
  • Participate in Agile processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Perform debugging, unit testing, and quality assurance.

Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools and development.
  • 5+ years of experience in C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • 5+ years of experience with GitHub or git-based source control.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating AI capabilities within D365.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs is highly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
