Work Type: Full Time
Location: Washington, DC
Job Description: We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
ii.  Customization & Configuration:
Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.
iii.  Integration:
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
iv.  Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
v.  Testing & Deployment:
Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.
vi.  Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
vii.  Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
viii.  Best Practices & Compliance:
Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
i.  4-7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
ii.  Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
iii.  Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
iv.  Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
v.  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

vi. Power Pages experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
i.  Bachelor’s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
ii.  Experience with MS Dynamics products.
iii.  Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
iv.  Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
v.  Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
vi.  Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365.
vii.  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
viii.  Prior experience collaborating with client stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
ix.  Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
x.  Proven knowledge of client operations, policies, and programs, with an emphasis on client-facing technology solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
