We are currently hiring for this role due to an existing or newly created vacancy within our organization. This position is open as part of our ongoing business needs, and we are actively reviewing applications to fill this role with a qualified candidate who can make an immediate impact.
 
What You'll Do

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Service Module) and Power Apps. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with strong communication skills. The candidate will work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems as needed. In addition, the candidate will support business-aligned squads by providing solution design guidance, reviewing code and configurations, building common tools and functions, and automating DevOps at scale.

- Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.

- Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, the Central Power Engineering team, Networking, and Exchange/email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.

- Define solution architecture and design.

- Build Dynamics functionality iteratively, with full unit and integration testing for each function.

- Integrate external systems data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.

- Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.

- Support release deployments and provide post-production support.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault
  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Github Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET
  • Experience with iterative and agile development practices
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:
