Notre client, un distributeur de renom en Monteregie (Saint-Hyacinthe), recrute actuellement un specialiste Microsoft pour un poste permanent.

En tant que Specialiste en solutions Microsoft, vous serez responsable de la configuration, du developpement et de l'evolution des solutions applicatives basees sur l'ecosysteme Microsoft au sein de l'organisation. En etroite collaboration avec les differentes directions et l'equipe TI, vous analyserez les besoins d'affaires et les transformerez en solutions concretes dans Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Apps, Automate) et Dynamics 365 (CRM).

Developpement et configuration des solutions Microsoft

  • Configurer, developper et maintenir les solutions Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, Power Apps (Canvas et Model-Driven), Power Automate;
  • Administrer et faire evoluer le CRM Dynamics 365 : personnalisation des entites, vues, formulaires, flux metier et tableaux de bord;
  • Concevoir et developper des automatisations de processus via Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps et connecteurs personnalises;
  • Creer et administrer les portails intranet et espaces collaboratifs dans SharePoint Online (architecture de sites, permissions, bibliotheques, listes);
  • Assurer l'integration des solutions Microsoft avec les autres systemes de l'organisation (ERP Oracle/NetSuite, API REST, OIC) selon les standards d'architecture en place.

Analyse fonctionnelle et livraison

  • Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins fonctionnels des clients internes ; participer aux ateliers de conception;
  • Proposer des solutions adaptees, realiser des prototypes et obtenir les validations avant developpement;
  • Gerer les demandes de changement (DDC) et prioriser les developpements selon les besoins organisationnels;
  • Participer aux revues de conception, a la planification de l'architecture applicative et aux initiatives techniques de l'equipe TI;
  • Rediger et maintenir la documentation technique et fonctionnelle (SharePoint, Azure Devops).
  • Toutes autres taches connexes.

Profil:

  • Technique en informatique ou diplome d'etudes collegiales en informatique, systemes d'information ou domaine connexe;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans la configuration et le developpement de solutions Microsoft Business Applications;
  • Experience demontree avec SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Apps, Automate) et Dynamics 365 / CRM;
  • Experience avec les API REST, JSON et les connecteurs Microsoft;
  • Connaissance de l'environnement Azure (Entra ID, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps) - un atout important.
  • Power Platform: maitrise de Power Apps (Canvas et Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows) et Dataverse;
  • SharePoint Online: architecture de sites, configuration, permissions, listes, bibliotheques, integration avec Teams;
  • Dynamics 365 CRM: personnalisation fonctionnelle et technique (Sales, Customer Service), flux metier, integrations;
  • Developpement: JavaScript, Power Fx, TypeScript, C# (atout) pour l'extension des solutions;
  • Outils: Azure DevOps ou JIRA pour la gestion des developpements et versionnage des solutions.
