Le Groupe Gesco-Star Ltée, une importante entreprise œuvrant dans les secteurs forestiers, du transport et de l’immobilier, agrandit son équipe et est à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste Technique ERP basé au siège social situé à Québec.

RÉSUMÉ DU RÔLE

Relevant du directeur de l’informatique, l’analyste technique ERP Microsoft jouera un rôle primordial dans l’implantation, l’opération, l’optimisation et l’évolution de Microsoft D365 Finance et Opérations ainsi que l’écosystème l’entourant. Il sera aussi impliqué dans l’amélioration et l’optimisation des processus du logiciel intégré Microsoft Dynamics D365. L’analyste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les clients internes pour évaluer leurs besoins, identifier les exigences techniques, développer et déployer les solutions appropriées.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES

  • Évaluer les besoins opérationnels des clients internes lors d'ateliers spécialisés, traduisant ainsi les exigences techniques en solutions efficaces.
  • Développer des spécifications techniques et des documents de conception pour les personnalisations, intégrations, ainsi que pour les rapports et espaces de travail des applications financières et opérationnelles.
  • Implémenter intégralement les solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance et Opérations, en conceptualisant, personnalisant et déployant de manière efficace.
  • Programmer, tester et déployer du code personnalisé dans Dynamics 365.
  • Proactivement résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à Dynamics 365 Finance et Opérations.
  • Documenter de manière exhaustive les personnalisations, configurations et intégrations du système, ainsi que toute documentation technique et fonctionnelle nécessaire.
  • Configurer et développer des applications Power Apps et autres outils de la suite Power Platform, fournissant également des points de terminaison et des API pour prendre en charge les applications Microsoft Power Platform et les systèmes externes.
  • Effectuer des tests minutieux des processus et des déploiements pour garantir leur efficacité, en surveillant également les performances des solutions.
  • Adapter et modifier continuellement l'application en respectant les règles d'affaires et les processus, en collaboration étroite avec les intégrateurs et concepteurs de solutions lors de la conception et de la configuration des projets ou des évolutions.

EXIGENCES 

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en informatique, technologie de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe. Une combinaison d'expériences et d'études pertinentes sera également considérée.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre et la personnalisation de systèmes ERP, avec une préférence pour Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ou Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Une expérience avec d'autres solutions ERP est également appréciée.
  • Compétences techniques solides en X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server et Visual Studio.
  • Expérience des intégrations de systèmes ERP, notamment Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, avec d'autres systèmes.
  • Expérience de la migration de données, de la conversion de données et de l'intégration de systèmes, avec une maîtrise de Transact SQL ou T-SQL.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler avec des clients tant internes qu’externes à tous les niveaux.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Expérience dans des projets d'implémentation, de migration ou d'évolution sur la plateforme Dynamics 365 Cloud.
  • Rigueur et capacité d'analyse développées.
  • Capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément et à gérer efficacement les priorités.
  • Certification Microsoft Dynamics appropriée dans D365 Finance and Operations serait un atout.
  • Création de conceptions techniques et de détails d'implémentation.
  • Une connaissance approfondie et une expérience dans l'utilisation du cadre sous-jacent, des structures de données et des objets associés aux solutions financières et opérationnelles.
  • Expérience avec une gamme de produits et services, notamment Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, LCS Tools, ainsi que des outils de reporting tels que SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) et Power BI, et SQL Server Management Studio.
