Our client is a major player in the recycling and circular economy space, operating a wide network of sites internationally across multiple specialised divisions.

As they continue to scale, they're investing heavily in their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform — and they need a strong bilingual Functional Consultant to help drive it forward.

The Role

You'll sit at the heart of the D365 F&O environment, partnering with finance, operations, and supply chain stakeholders across multiple divisions and geographies to translate complex business processes into clean, scalable D365 solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the functional lead across one or more core D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, T&L, or Production)
  • Gathering and challenging requirements from business stakeholders across multiple divisions
  • Configuring, testing, and deploying solutions — and supporting the team post go-live
  • Documenting processes, writing functional design specs, and supporting integrations
  • Partnering with developers, technical consultants, and external Microsoft partners
  • Driving continuous improvement across a multi-entity, multi-currency, international footprint

What we're looking for

  • Fluent French AND English — both written and spoken (non-negotiable)
  • Proven hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant on D365 Finance & Operations (AX 2012 background welcomed)
  • Strong grasp of end-to-end business processes — finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing
  • Ability to lead workshops, push back on stakeholders, and translate business needs into functional design
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site, multi-entity environment
  • Industrial, manufacturing, recycling, or distribution sector experience is a strong plus

What's on offer

  • Permanent role with a stable, profitable, well-established global business
  • Hybrid working — 3 days per week in the Montreal office, 2 from home
  • Genuine career path within a company that's still expanding internationally
  • Quality and environmentally certified working environment with a real sustainability mission
  • Competitive salary + full benefits package
