Sommaire de la fonction

À titre de développeur logiciel sénior et Team Lead, vous jouerez un double rôle : contribuer activement au développement de plateformes web et d’outils 3D innovants, tout en assurant un leadership technique et opérationnel au sein de l’équipe de développement. Vous serez responsable de guider, encadrer et soutenir les développeurs dans leurs tâches quotidiennes, en plus de participer au développement d’un outil de sélection web léger, destiné à la conception de composantes complexes pour des machines HVAC commerciales et industrielles. Vous interviendrez également dans divers projets d’amélioration technologique de l’entreprise.

  • Superviser et encadrer une petite équipe de développeurs, en assurant la répartition efficace des tâches, le respect des échéanciers et la qualité des livrables;
  • Assurer un rôle de mentorat technique auprès des membres de l’équipe, favoriser leur développement professionnel et faciliter la résolution de problèmes complexes;
  • Gérer les projets de mise en oeuvre et prendre part à tous les aspects du cycle d’implantation d’applications web, de l’analyse des besoins métiers du client au développement des différents applicatifs, leur intégration et mise en production;
  • Designer et développer des interfaces applicatives de manière ergonomique et selon les attentes du client définies dans le cadre de l’analyse, en collaboration avec différentes ressources internes;
  • Écrire, modifier, intégrer et mettre à l'essai le code d’applications web;
  • Cerner et communiquer les problèmes techniques, procédures et solutions;
  • Préparer des rapports, des manuels et d'autres documents sur l'utilisation et l'entretien des applications;
  • Évaluer les demandes d’amélioration technologique des demandeurs internes : cerner leurs besoins, supporter l’évaluation de la valeur ajoutée et proposer des solutions innovatrices, alignées avec les orientations technologiques de l’entreprise;
  • Assurer la mise à jour des applications informatiques existantes;
  • Prêter assistance dans le développement des spécifications logiques et techniques;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche en lien avec le poste.

Expérience et Formation

  • Baccalauréat ou technique en informatique ou autre discipline comportant une formation pertinente en programmation ;
  • Minimum de 8 années d’expérience en développement logiciel, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership technique ou de coordination d’équipe (un atout).
